What In The Chick-Fil-A Is This?

Ok, when I saw this, I knew I had to share it.

What in the world is this?

I like Chick-fil-A, their chicken is good but their having employees stand outside in the rain and snow is a little strange to me.

They claim it makes the line go faster. I'm not sure if I agree with that. I’m fine ordering on the app or yelling into the speaker. I don’t need to talk to a Chick Fil A worker, standing outside in 20 degrees.

If anyone wants to know why people are leaving fast food, here is exhibit A. Embarassing and unnecessary. Customers don’t expect the order takers to stand outside. Chick Fil A needs to rethink this.
