This Summer, I’m Headed to the Antiques Roadshow Taping!
I recently submitted two antiques I wanted the appraisers at Antiques Roadshow to appraise. And I was chosen!
The taping will take place this summer at one of five locations. Tickets are not available at the door, so it’s a really exclusive opportunity.
I can’t wait!
I have been watching the show since 1997. It was a favorite of my grandmother’s as well. I’ve been collecting antiques since I was a kid. And I always dreamed of a famous appraiser taking a look at my antiques.
I am not attending to be on tv, I am camera shy. I also don’t want to sell the prayer book but the stamp album is a possibility. I don’t know anything about stamps and if any of them, from 1920–1990 is worth anything that would be awesome. I’m most interested in speaking with appraisers and seeing all the items other guests bring to the show.
