My Grandmother Would Be Proud Of Me: I Am Finally Gardening
My grandparents were the quintessential gardeners. It was hard work but it came easy to them. I am the opposite. It is not part of my skill set but with the current way of the world, I need to try at least.
It also reminds me of the happy times of living on the farm. It now belongs to another family and that sucks. But it was time to move on. Our family lived up the mountain for close to 100 years and it’s gone now. But I still have the memories.
And I think my grandparents would be proud of me for trying to garden.
So here’s how I got back into it, after 40+ years of not gardening.
