My Father Saved Plane Crash Victims 50 Years Ago

And I just found out about it.

It was 1972 and my dad was 30 years old. That day he was driving home from work in his AMC Pacer, listening to Elvis Presley on the radio.

He was tired from work but looking forward to getting home to see my mom. They were newlyweds and had only been married for 2 years.
