Merry Christmas Eve to everyone! And if you are a perfect Christmas mom or what I call a “Christmas Queen”, lighten up, please!

Moms need to stop trying to control everyone else actions to have the “perfect” holiday.

Christmas Queens are annoying because…

• They add another level of stress to the holiday that none of us need.
• Many of them start their whining right after Thanksgiving.
• They don’t let the kids decorate the Christmas tree. So what if they don’t put the ornaments in “right” place. Let them help and contribute. I am glad I let my son growing up decorate the tree.
• They have to be the perfect baker and cook.
• The Christmas tree has to be from a Hallmark tree farm and perfectly decorated. No fake trees for them!

• If they are a religious Boomer, they will pretty much demand…
