Dearest,

As we have over 50+ acreage, we know how much work it takes to keep the farm running. But in 2028, the majority do not understand how to even grow a tomato.

And this is alarming with what I am about to tell you.

As I write this in 2028, they have just quelled the most recent food riot here in NYC. The American public in general has been conditioned to expect bountiful food and products. Along with this, many stores and restaurants will cater to them.

This started falling apart in 2022. It was very slow at first then there was an avalanche of product loss.

According to a CNN article in 2023:

Global temperatures have soared in recent years as the world continues to burn planet-warming fossil fuels like coal, oil and gas. And that trend shows no sign of slowing. In its annual climate update, the WMO said that between 2023 and 2027, there is now a 66% chance that the planet’s temperature will climb above 1.5 degrees Celsius of warming above pre-industrial levels for at least one year.

As temperatures surge, there is also a 98% likelihood that at least one of the next five years — and the five-year period as a whole — will be the warmest on record for the planet, the WMO…
