Dearest,
We had a traveler go rogue recently. Not me this time, but a traveler that goes by Jaybird 4371.
A few days ago, Buffalo, NY got a snowstorm of epic proportions. As of this writing, 39 people have passed away. Some in their cars, trying to stay alive. Others passed while trying to clear the snow. One lost his home, which firefighters couldn’t save because the fire hydrants were frozen.
Overall a disaster. But now I come to a bright spot in this mess.
As I did recently, saving Beth after the icy road caused her to crash, Jaybird saved several people and pets with his quick thinking:
He broke a window in a school and ushered in several people who had been stuck in the storm. They have all survived, thanks to Jaybird’s quick actions.
