7+ Surprising Differences Between My Rich and Poor Relatives
Some Are Surprising…
Financially, I am in the middle of two groups of people- the rich and the poor. And I have observed so many behaviors and beliefs that I want to share with you to day.
1. Rich people believe others feel entitled to their money.
Sometimes other people feel like they’re entitled to my money. Its kind of hard to explain. For example, Im supposed to pay for everything else and if I don’t then its a problem. Or, all shop owners or whatever sell me everything way over priced. If i try to bargain I get a death stare, and if they’re rude enough they will actually say that I’m rich and it wont matter to me if I pay a bit more. That’s not how it works!!!
As I am not rich but am rich adjacent to relatives with money, I can see this from both sides. On one hand, I get it. Cousin H. doesn’t owe me a loan or a vacation. But on the other side, if Cousin H. has no kids, no heirs, and sitting on a pile of money that could make all the difference in someone’s life then they are being a Scrooge.
No one is obligated to help anyone else. But if it’s family in dire need, at some point the rich have lost their humanity if they don’t consider helping. Like if someone’s home has burned down…
