5+ Things To Not Leave In a Freezing Cold Car

We are expecting a big Arctic blast next week, like most of the US. Today we stocked up on food for the next few days.

I discovered as I loaded my car, that two 12 packs of soda had exploded in my car trunk.

I have a bad habit of not bringing in all the groceries and it had caught up to me.

I cleaned out the trunk and did a little research to see what else I shouldn’t leave in my car.

Some of these are surprising! A good list to keep in mind!

Canned beverages and foods

I learned this the hard way this weekend, having left 12 packs of 7-Up in my car.

Any cans that have exploded should be thrown out. Even cans that are not swollen but have thawed out are also unsafe and should be discarded, per USDA.
