15+ Surprising Ways To Know If You Have Long Covid
My cousin Mandy, 46 years old, caught a terrible case of Covid back in November 2021. I had texted her to get the vaccine and to be careful. Her doctor had told her she did not qualify for the vaccine because of prior health issues.
She did not get the vaccine or a second opinion. That November she caught Covid, which developed into Covid pneumonia and she was hospitalized for a week.
After many months of recovery, she thought she was back to normal. Then came the brain fog, the dizziness, and then the trouble breathing. This person formally did not have any issues with her lungs.
Almost two years later and she is still struggling. I feel terrible for her. I think I would have been in her place if I had not been careful these past almost four years.
My secret is not a secret. While I have a social life, I try to socialize outside and avoid misc. people. I won’t go into big crowds.

So I am going to help everyone connect the dots.
